I started Che Figata to create experiences that move people. Weddings that feel cinematic, interiors that feel soulful, and brands that feel human. This estimate reflects a realistic projection for a three-night wedding weekend in Tuscany, based on the details discussed during our consultation. It includes accommodations for 26 on-site guests (can be lowered if renting only the castle & borgo) , full wedding planning, a welcome dinner with a private chef for residents only, a simple pizza party for all attendees from an outside caterer, and a full wedding day celebration.
All figures are provided in euros and pounds for clarity and transparency. These totals are based on current local pricing and my experience planning destination events throughout Italy. Exact quotes will vary slightly depending on your final guest count, vendor selections, and design choices. This outline offers a clear and honest foundation for planning and budgeting a simple yet refined 3-day experience in April at Castello di Cafaggio.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a rough estimate for the full 3-day wedding weekend. I also included the wedding day only total below. Several items can be adjusted to lower costs. For example, catering based on menu, a simpler pizza party vendor and direct rentals (saving €2–3K), tips, and preferred photo/video rates through my vendors. Florals can also be scaled down to 4k; this range simply covers ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception essentials. It’s a realistic guide for what will give you the best experience without cutting too much.
